This is another Elena Pantry Recipe, adapted. I plan on making more breads, but I wanted to share this one.

2½ cups blanched almond flour
½ teaspoon celtic sea salt
½ teaspoon baking soda
3 eggs
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon of honey
½ teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Combine all dry ingredients.
Next in a medium bowl, whisk the eggs, and then add agave and vinegar
Mix both dry and wet together
Scoop batter into a well greased 6.5 x 4 inch loaf pan (this loaf pan may have been discontinued. Stay tuned...)
Bake at 300° for 45-55 minutes or until a knife comes out clean
Cool and serve

My daughters were craving grilled cheese, so we added thin slices of Tillamook Cheese onto the sliced bread and baked in the oven at 300 for 5 minutes until the cheese was melted!
