This Valentines Day Dinner is for the whole family! Who does not love Pizza. This particular pizza is kid tested and approved! I made two the other night, while my daughter had a friend over. The girls ate it and loved it. The next day we only had two pieces left over, which everyone fought over!

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoon oregano
  • 2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 2 egg
  • 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese (or another hard cheese, grate finely)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Mozerella Cheese
  • and toppings of choice
  • Tomato sauce of choice


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Form Pizza on parchment paper.
In a large bowl mix all dry ingredients together.
Then add all the wet ingredients.

Spread the dough in a circle on the parchment paper with a spatula or hands.

Pre-bake the dough in the preheated 350 degree oven for 10-12 minutes until they are golden brown.
Add toppings and bake an additional 5 to 10 minutes until your toppings are cooked through or melted.
Serve and Enjoy this guilt Free Pizza!

Sprinkle some Parsley ontop
